On Working at FSG

"FSG provides me with the opportunity to participate in social change at both the systemic and local levels. The concepts and approaches deployed here are cutting edge and can steer dramatic change in areas of great importance to me personally—from global development to education and youth. I am continually impressed by how bright and committed my colleagues are. We are determined to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers in Cote d’Ivoire while we are exploring ways to combat substance abuse in New York. There is no silver bullet approach to solve complex social challenges, but with a combination of humility and perseverance, we can catalyze progress across the globe."
