On Working at FSG
"When I joined FSG in 2006, I was looking for a place that would allow me to combine my business and strategy background with my passion for the social sector. FSG provided this and continues to amaze me in its ability to quickly adapt to meet the field’s evolving needs. There is no “one size fits all” approach to our work, and I enjoy most the opportunities to visit and learn first-hand about what makes each of the communities in which our clients work unique. From interviews along the Riverwalk in San Antonio to focus groups in the foothills of the Vermont Green Mountains, these experiences ground our work, and provide critical perspective on the social issues facing our clients and their communities."
