Linda Kilburn-Peterson
Overview
Linda brings prior experience as both a strategy consultant and a talent management professional to her current role overseeing FSG’s internal operations.
Role at FSG
Linda works closely with the rest of the Leadership Team to oversee FSG’s internal operations. She leads our HR/talent management efforts, including employee recruiting, professional development, and consultant staffing, among other things. She also oversees our information technology, knowledge management and administration functions in supporting FSG’s mission.
Before FSG
Linda worked for McKinsey and Company’s Boston office, consulting to organizations in the nonprofit and corporate environments on their primary strategic and organizational issues. Examples of her projects include strategy development for a large private foundation, organizational design for a medical device manufacturer and strategy setting for a children's hospital. Prior to her graduate studies, Linda worked in project management on large commercial construction projects in Washington, DC. She has served with Habitat for Humanity's Global Village Program on a volunteer basis
