On Working at FSG

"When I was running an education nonprofit in Harlem, I remember writing up our annual report — describing the impact of our programs, our financials, and our growth plan. I remember thinking how far I had come from my teaching days and how I had no training or background in running a business, ensuring financial sustainability, or developing a strategy.

That moment set me on the path toward FSG. I believe strongly that the social sector needs access to great strategic planning and consulting services to use scant resources to create and sustain deep and lasting impact. I draw upon my nonprofit and teaching experience, as well as my strategy consulting background to deliver those services. I feel truly blessed to work toward solving society’s most challenging and critical issues alongside passionate and caring colleagues and in partnership with inspiring and visionary clients."
