Claudia Genier has extensive experience in the corporate, nonprofit, and academic worlds.
Role at FSG
Claudia’s recent projects at FSG include the evaluation of a corporate foundation’s effectiveness, assessing both impact at project portfolio level and specific case studies, and the external review and positioning of a corporate foundation working in the field of sustainable agriculture. She has co-authored an article prepared for the Food & Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO): "Corporate social responsibility in the agri-food sector: Harnessing innovation for sustainable development."
Before FSG
Prior to joining FSG, Claudia worked for WWF International as an organizational development manager and later as a change facilitator, where her work included piloting organizational assessments in field offices in Africa; rethinking WWF’s global decision-making structures; and supporting the Director General to design, plan, and implement major change processes. Claudia started her consulting career with McKinsey & Company, working for global players across Europe on organizational transformation, operations, and strategy in several industries.
