Overview

Carina comes to FSG with experience in tackling social issues through corporate strategy, public policy, research, and entrepreneurship. Her interests include global health, international development, environmental sustainability, and community-focused solutions.

Role at FSG

Carina is currently working on community foundation strategies for Donor Advised Funds and is looking forward to contributing to field-building research in this area. In addition, Carina is looking forward to contributing to the Creating Shared Value and Collective Impact approach areas at FSG.

Before FSG

Before joining FSG, Carina worked for Harvard Business School and the World Bank, where she evaluated a weather insurance product for small farmers in South Asia. Prior to that, she worked on development policy with the Ugandan Ministry of Finance and managed investment projects in West Africa for the European Investment Bank. In addition, she has worked for McKinsey & Company and Eastside Consulting, a third sector focused consulting firm, analyzing corporate strategy for a wide range of SMEs.
