On Working at FSG
"Before I joined FSG in 2011, I was looking for an opportunity that would allow me to combine my private sector consulting experience with my passion for the social sector that I developed in my nearly five years at Seattle Public Schools. I am amazed by FSG’s ability to generate innovative solutions for the problems faced by the social sector, particularly around collective impact where the notion of cross-sector solutions to complex social problems resonates strongly with my own experience in the field. Moreover, I’ve been consistently impressed by breadth of on-the-ground experience of FSG consultants that helps ensure we bring practical strategic recommendations that push the envelope on the client’s thinking but are realistic and implementable."
