On Working at FSG

"Growing up in Dhaka, Bangladesh witnessing poverty every day, I’ve always considered myself very fortunate to have received the opportunities available to me. Trying to level the playing field for others to access similar opportunities using private sector resources is what brought me to FSG. I wanted to focus on issues that motivated me to come to work every day – fighting malaria, providing access to finance for rural farmers, private sector development – utilizing a data-driven and systematic approach. FSG has been the perfect place for me to combine my consulting skills with my interest in global development. I manage case teams, present at conferences, write white papers, and help with the firm’s recruiting. This tremendous diversity in our day-to-day activities adds to the excitement of the content areas we work on. FSG has been a remarkable journey for me."
